intermediate to advanced paddlers

Paddle from our shop across the Damariscotta River to South Bristol. Stroll through the gut to John's Bay. If the weather and tides are right we can tuck in behind Birtch Island before heading through the Thread of Life. The last leg around Rutherford Island will take us up the Damariscotta River Back to the village of East Boothbay.
